Products that show signs of use, damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable Items

- Products damaged by misuse or liquid exposure
- Gift cards or vouchers
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs
